About Us
Aspire India Foundation (AI Foundation) is a charitable (not-for-profit) organization registered under section-8 of the Company’s Act, 2013 as of 1st May, 2017. The organization has been granted 12A (tax exemption) and 80G (tax rebate) approvals by the Income Tax Department of India. Its founding Directors are Ms. Naaz Khair, Ms. Yasmeen Shaikh and Ms. Suman.
The Objects for which the Company is established are as under
To initiate, carry out, execute, implement, promote, facilitate, aid and assist activities towards development of Education, Economy, Health, Medical system, Community Participation, Human Rights, Skills, Vocational Training, and Life Skills to poor communities and groups and to adopt institutional, rights and community-based approaches in its work.
To facilitate implementation of projects, programs, seminars, workshops in co-ordination with its team, seeking assistance from the partners, networks, and other development players and also include advocacy, campaigns, research, monitoring and evaluation, among other interventions, in order to provide appropriate awareness, capacity building to the poor communities and groups.

Background of the Organization
Aspire India Foundation (AIF) is a new organization established on 01-05-2017. It is a charitable
organization registered under the Companies Act, 2013. It is a section-8 Company registered in Delhi. The Corporate Identity Number (CIN) of the Company is U80904DL2017NPL316985. The
founders of the company are dedicated social workers with many years of experience.
Organizational Objectives
AIF’s program objectives are based on the objects of the Company as stated in the Company’s Memorandum of Association.

The programs of AIF are located among poor people and poor communities.
The Organization is engaged in various educational initiatives aimed at improving quality of life through learning and skill development. It works to promote education and provide medical assistance to individuals in need. The Organization is committed to supporting social and cultural development while creating opportunities for inclusive growth. Guided by its vision, it believes in equality, fairness, and equal opportunities, and strives to reflect these values in all its actions.
