Nida has been attending AIF’s motivational and SHG meetings. It is at these meetings that she shared her problem and sought help in finding a solution. She was advised to appear for NVS clerk grade examination. The NVS (Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti) vacancies had just been announced and she learnt about it at AIF’s meeting. Nida showed interest in appearing for the NVS recruitment test. AIF helped her to fill up the form. She took the examination in September 2019. The results are awaited. This opportunity to take the NVS test has been very motivating for her. If she is selected, she plans to save money to do a teacher training course.
